AgentLift is an operations-automation service for owner-led businesses. You can reach us any time at hello@agentlift.work.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of standard technical data:

• When you book a scan or contact us. If you book a free Workflow Scan or email us, we receive the details you provide, typically your name, email address, business name, and whatever you tell us about your workflows. Bookings are handled through our scheduling provider (Calendly), which collects this information on our behalf.
• When you email us. If you contact hello@agentlift.work, we receive your email address and message.
• Basic website data. Like most websites, our host may automatically log standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and approximate region. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use your information only to:

• respond to you and schedule or deliver the service you asked about;
• understand which workflows we may be able to help with;
• operate, maintain, and improve the website and our service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run AgentLift, for example our scheduling provider (Calendly), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our website host (Vercel). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

The website uses only the cookies necessary to function and, where applicable, basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy.

We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to you and run our service, and then delete it on a reasonable schedule.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@agentlift.work. We'll honor valid requests promptly.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version here.
